At Pureelo, we are committed to delivering the highest quality dry fruits and premium products. Since our products are perishable food items, we follow a strict hygiene-focused return policy.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

• Product is damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery
• You received the wrong item
• Package is tampered with or leaking

Important:
• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:

• Opened or partially consumed products
• Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
• Items stored improperly after delivery

4. Refund / Replacement Process

• Bank processing time may vary

5. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed

6. Important Notes

• Natural variations in color, size, taste, or texture are normal
• Minor changes due to weather or storage do not count as defects
