• Product is damaged, defective, or spoiled at the time of delivery
• You received the wrong item
• Package is tampered with or leaking
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for:
• Opened or partially consumed products
• Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery
• Items stored improperly after delivery
